Banana

In Malaysia, we have more than 100 cultivars. Today we ate pisang rastali, it is small and sweet with white creamy flesh. The leaves are wide & long & smooth, we can use it to wrap nian gao, nasi lemak, banana leaf rice. We can also fry the bananas for pisang goreng.
